1. Overview
International Partners Certification Limited ("IPC") offers a discount scheme to its customers, whereby customers can receive a discount in their native currency by linking their website to IPC's official website. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of this discount scheme.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To be eligible for the discount scheme, the customer must:
Be an existing customer of IPC.
Create and maintain an active hyperlink to IPC's official website on their own website.
2.2 The link must be placed on a publicly accessible page, easily reachable by website visitors.
2.3 The discount is available to both individual and corporate customers of IPC.
3. Discount Details
3.1 Eligible customers will receive a discount on IPC services, applied in their native currency.
3.2 The specific discount percentage or amount will be communicated to the customer at the time of application approval.
3.3 The discount applies only to IPC services and cannot be applied to third-party products or services.
4. Application Process
4.1 To apply for the discount, customers must:
Submit a request via IPC's official contact form or email, including the URL of the page where the link to IPC's website is placed.
4.2 IPC will review the application and confirm eligibility within 10 business days.
4.3 Upon approval, the customer will receive confirmation of the discount and instructions on how it will be applied to their account.
5. Reapplication and Renewal
5.1 Customers may reapply for the discount after a period of three (3) years from the initial application approval date.
5.2 Reapplication requires maintaining or re-establishing the link to IPC's website and following the application process outlined in section 4.
6. Conditions and Restrictions
6.1 The discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
6.2 IPC reserves the right to terminate or modify the discount scheme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing customers.
6.3 If the link to IPC's website is removed or becomes inactive, IPC reserves the right to revoke the discount immediately.
6.4 Any misuse or fraudulent activity related to the discount scheme will result in immediate disqualification from the scheme and possible legal action.
7. Termination of Participation
7.1 Customers may terminate their participation in the discount scheme by providing written notice to IPC.
7.2 IPC may terminate a customer's participation in the scheme if the customer fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
8. General Provisions
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
8.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
8.3 IPC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via email or through the IPC website.
8.4 By participating in the discount scheme, customers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
